Dealing with Anxiety (2018)

This talk looks at how to deal with anxiety firstly looking at how to recognise our anxiety in us – noting our physical symptoms too – and secondly by considering 3 common approaches to solving anxiety (CBT, Linden Method and a spiritual approach).
