(English) Come Gestire L’Ansia

Questa conferenza si occupa di come gestire l’ansia, prima prendendo in considerazione come riconoscere l’ansia in noi – rendendoci conto anche della sintomatologia fisica – e poi considerando 3 approcci molto diffusi per risolvere il problema dell’ansia (metodo TCC, metodo Linden e approccio spirituale).
