(Italian) How to Deal with a Low Self-Esteem

This talk explores the 2 main approaches to self-esteem prevalent in today’s society – self-improvement and self-acceptance and proposes a model of how they can be balanced and well grounded to provide a solid base for a strong self-esteem.
